Screen-printed heating element

Thick film heaters are constructed on silk screening of conductive and resistive inks. These inks are placed with diverse compositions and layers, depending on the electric specifications required and materials like PET and PVC.
The heaters can be designed according to customers? requirements and needs.
The manufacturing process permits to design thick film technology that makes the product very flexible, with limited dimensions. This technology guarantees a high thermal uniformity and a low energy consumption.
The high degree of customization is guaranteed by the option of applying adhesives, thermostats, probes, euro-plugs, wiring, etc.
