Brinell hardness tester / floor-mounted / automatic

The Newage® 7000 Series is a production tester used to test applications that have high volumes. It was developed to answer the demand of high accuracy Brinell tester that have large capacity and long indenter stroke. It is a hydraulically-actuated system which applies high accuracy load measurement system that complies with ASTM E-10.

The load system is closed-loop in order to assure the precise application of the load with minimal concern for overloading. A hydraulic system ensures smooth load application. A foot-switch controller simplifies and elevating and lowering procedures.

The time-at-load selections of 2-, 10- or 30-seconds can be selected. Furthermore, larger capacities are optionally available and an 8? throat is ideal for larger specimens.

The precision closed-loop load control ensures loading to within +/-0.25% together with the unit's increased testing efficiency.
