Stationary hot air generator / electric / low-pressure

This maximum flow air heater has a 2 3/8-in OD tube encasing with a cross frame heating feature for minimum air flow resistance, moderate temperature, and high volume. An aluminum sheath comes as standard, and a stainless steel sheath is optional. With temperatures up to 315 C/600 F, the heater has a maximum operating range of 200-CFM. A 4-in OD mounting flange on either both ends or one end can be supplied by Hotwatt for easier mounting, and post terminals. Made in the US, the design features include ceramic beads on the frame, which insulates a nickel-chrome heating function. With its low pressure, the air heater has use with re-circulating air and blowers. Ideal applications include preheating, packing, drying, and baking.
