Finally the CNC, based on the control unit SIEMENS SINUMERIK 820 Di combined with SIEMENS SIMODRIVE digital drives.
Thanks to the more than decennial experience in the field of plane surface grinding we realized a man-machine interface simple and
intuitive but powerful and complete in the same time. The operator has many possibilities available, particularly: wheel dressing on the table with one or more diamonds, or with a diamond roll; integrated CAD-CAM to generate and dynamically simulate profiles
with tool movement optimization for wheel and for work plane.
The parameters of the workpieces and of the wheels used can be saved in the hard-disk of the control in a file with the desired name and recalled according with your needs. Moreover an unlimited number of workpiece cycles can be recalled in sequence.
