Sample storage carousel for on-line sampling

This is a Sample storage carousel manufactured by Eriez Magnetics Europe Limited which functions as a means of automatically collecting and storing a number of discrete sample increments in individual vessels. The whole unit can be separated into three major element. These are the housing, rotating mechanism, swivel bearing and geared motor assembly having a ball bearing and Oldham coupling. For this specific unit, it has a number of container and holding capacity which can be selected to suit for a specific operation. The sample containers can be accessed easily through its hinged doors but it can be removed for maintenance purposes. The whole equipment work by using a signal from control panel which control that turntable indexes to turn around to its position.
