A leading manufacturer of electrical products, a carousel type EuroMat provided for the storage of laser scanners. The inputs and output is done in part by a connected Roboter.Fertige products are loaded by an employee on the one side and on the other hand, the scanner will be taken by a robot. Subsequently, the devices are in the final test. Once the carousel is loaded, the robot starts to grab them all individually and place them in the test station. The next device will be already placed on hold. After the testing of the robot removes the device under test, the in-waiting position scanner results and presents the audited back in Paternoster. If the paternoster with 320 units is fully charged, it can populate the final test for 48 hours. This means that the system can be operated at night or over the weekend without an operator must be present.
