Magnetic plate separator / liquid / for sumps

These Eriez plate magnets provide powerful and highly reliable magnetic protection against fine iron and tramp iron contamination, and come with a seven-year workmanship warranty. The units have been designed for positioning in chutes, ducts, pipelines and suspended applications, and are fitted with a liquid-tight face plate for dependability.

Buyers can choose plate magnets that possess a greater flange offset in order to match the thickness of heavier chutes or for gasketing. These units are fitted with a stepped face plate that provides a greater barrier than the standard strip in order to retain spherical types of tramp iron when removed from the direct material flow, and the Eriez plate magnets can be bought in single- or double-step designs, with five different magnetic strengths to choose from.
