Feed hopper

The SILMAX compact drying hopper is created for battery drying systems and compact portable systems. Battery drying systems are equipped with 2 to 3 individual drying hoppers. It is equipped with the SmartFlow Intelligent Air Distribution for easy and automatic adjustment of the air distribution to conform to various materials and changing material requirements.

Checking of the air volume in every drying hopper is very simple. An integrated CAN interface enables full exchange of date and forwarding of status between the central system and the dryer through a visal display of airflow. All the components in contact with the material are crafted from stainless steel to make it suitable for harsh and abrasive applications. The drying hoppers have a 40mm insulation over the full length to lessen heat loss and optimize drying efficiency.
