Flexible feeder / automatic / bottle

This loading and unloading conveyor for bottles has electronic controls which can detect the presence of the bottles. Its double endless screw will group bottles into batches of 4 to 6 and carry them under the filling area. The machine is automatically stopped if a bottle is missed.

The filling group dispensers are assembled on fitting clamps. It also features a lobe supplier pump for creams and liquids. The system comes with a 3 inverter programmable speed that offers varying acceleration and deceleration.

The machine?s needle opening and movements can be controlled using a time management control panel. It also comes with an adjustable valve aperture at the end of each bottle. The system comes with 3 independent ascending speeds and 1 descending speed.
