The cassette buffer magazine is used to supplyunmachined parts and work pieces to the machine tool. They are normally placed next to the machine, and can also be integrated with the machine tools.

The device is designed for the self-service of CNC machines, which depends on the work piece exchange in the movement of the spindle. They provide a solution for shaft and cubic, cast or molded components. They can store pallets or fixtures in the magazine. The dimension of the components depends on the cassette size which the user can freely choose.

The magazine is suited with different types of devices, such as flexible interlinking machines, cross-table machines, machines with tables moving in the X-axis, and gantry machine centers.
