Pneumatic feeder / automatic / for presses

The BLISS-BRET Pneumatic clamp feeders are a cheaper alternative to electronic feeds. The unit comes in 5 models A 735, A 1350, A 2700, A 1350 D and A 2700 D varying in moving clamp force, fixed clamp force, feed cylinder force, thickness values etc. The standard min / max stroke ranges between 165 to 1500 mm.

The unit offers versatile optional equipment and accessories like clamp release device for dies with pilots, manual height adjustment, mechanical control cans, pitch repeater, guide for thin metal, fits all brands of presses, press control device for automatic step operation etc.

The device is mainly used when the feed pitch used is accurately known and the performance required in terms of rate is not extremely high. Feeders are height-adjustable for strokes of 400 mm or less. The pneumatic feeds consist of a flame cut welded steel plate chassis and moves the moving clamp. Pitch adjustment is by mechanical stops with hydraulic shock absorbing and precision pitch adjustment is by a micrometer screw.
