Press straightener-feeder

MICROPRO has this feeder solution that saves floor space by 40 to 50%. It has seven straightening rolls of 95mm diameter, of which the three upper rolls can be adjusted individually for penetration, with the readings being displayed on a dial. It also has a pair of inlet feeding rolls of 95mm diameter and another outlet pair. In the POR model, the upper inlet and outlet rolls are lifted by pneumatic cylinders, with a sheet release to guide them through the process of feeding roll opening and setting of motor torque to 0. All the straightening rolls are case-hardened (60Rck) and ground.

In the RCS model, the feeding rolls are sandblasted and hard chrome-plated (70Rck). The lower straightening and feeding rolls are motorised with the use of a cylindrical gear pair. The rolls are motorized via a brush-free motor and a play-free reduction gear. It has an inlet strip guide which is composed of two vertical rollers which may be adjusted by hand and two sheet holding rolls.
