The Datalogic AS1 series of photoelectric light grids are crossed-beamed area sensors capable of detecting any object within 100 mm height and 0.2 mm thickness over a 3 m operating distance between the receiver and emitter. The AS1 sensor is a powerful solution for small object detection even when passing through a variety of positions within a controlled width and height. Other variants feature optic synchronism between receiver and emitter as well as trimmer adjustment functionality.
