MANIBO pneumatic rope balancers are essentially utilized for instant and recurrent operations of loads in production lines for loading and unloading of device machines for construction of mechanical pieces. Owing to the likelihood of weight-free movement of loads, surrender to the pneumatic rope balancer in the advanced production lines is possible.

MANIBO rope balancers can be accessed with an ability to lift up to 150 kg weight and working radius up to 3 m. The dispensed model paired to a jibe joist, light joist bridge or pushing operated part, an upraise in the work area can be achieved.

The perpendicular stroke can vary from 1.5 to 2 m. Additionally, the column execution with both arms can rotate consistently due to revolving joint with inner air channels. Moreover, MANIBO can provide pneumatic rope balancer for food plants and can be operated in ATEX classified areas.
