Multi-parameter test station / for fuel cells

This PEFC short stack evaluation and testing equipment features a gas supply line, moisturizing line, cooling line, cell performance line and safety line. This highly compact model is fully standalone and allows the production of mixed gas, with freely adjustable ratio, as volume and mixing ratio can be easily set for each individual component. This unit is equipped with overflow prevention function, constant control of gas utilization ratio and allows tafel measurement (IV characteristics) and resistance measurement (as an option). The humidification unit allows stable control and high-speed humidification response (within 3 min - optional), with water temperature from 30 to 90 °C and is equipped with a self-cleaning system, that considerably improves service life. This model is also equipped with a fast and highly efficient cooling system. Additionally, this unit features various options such as resistance measurement at conduction of fuel cell, pressure testing, humidity measurement. The exclusive control software (CISAS-EX), that enables control of different parameters like gas flow, bubbler temperature, pipe temperature control and load current.
