Thanks to continuous R&D activity and long experience, Sinergo has developed a new handler for test equipment for semiconductor modules called SATE1.

automatic adjustment of all the mechanical movements for processing modules of different shape and size without any manual adjustment

power modules heating by Sinergo induction units
accurate control of the heating power
TEST 1: measuring of all electrical parameters of each module at the maximum working temperature Tmax settled (up to 160°C)
TEST 2: measuring of all electrical parameters of each module at the regular working temperature Tnorm settled (around 60°C)
TEST 3: measuring of all electrical parameters of each module at the ambient temperature Tambient (around 25° C)
TEST 4: test of dielectric insulation (up to 5000 volt)
TEST 5: Rth measurement
