MAG3000/C WITH 4 ROTATING UNIT The requirement of some laboratories in the ceramic industry to be able to rapidly grind large frit quantities, led Ceramic Instruments to design an innovative system that has achieved truly interesting results. The "Magellano" series laboratory mill, uses a planetary- type rotating system where up to 4 grinding containers (jars) can be placed on a bearing plate which rotates in the opposite direction. The energy stored due to the centrifugal forces involved drag the grinding bodies (alumina balls) and obtain an exceptional grinding effect.
