RETSCH has improved the compact bench top model of the jaw crusher series. With the new BB 50 there are multiple features that provide convenient and efficient use. Speed is set between 550 and 950 min-1 this allows for superior adaptation for sample requirements.

Additional advantage is the so called zero point, adjustment that aids in the compensation for wear of the brake jaw. Operations of the BB is extremely safe. With the large hopper facilities and material feed the capacity of the collection receptacle is now double. Unit also comes with a fold back hopper that can easily be removed without the use of tools similar to the crusher arm. The breaking Jaw is repackable also by the user. Unit features a space saving design and is able to fit onto laboratory benches and church small sample volumes feed size of up to 40 mm to the final fineness of approximately .5 mm.
