Microwave moisture meter / hand / with digital display

Moisture measurement data represents a crucial process parameter. Moisture data is traditionally measured by hand sampling and lab testing which is often time consuming, laborious and results in large delay which does not satisfy the production needs on real-time test control. The DF-MMA Microwave Moisture Analyzer is a fully automatic inline detection system developed to serve as a link to automatically control industrial processes to ensure continuous and reliable moisture data with real-time and accurate monitoring of moisture.

The meter uses microwave method to test the various changes of microwaves in transmission speed and intensity along the transmission path. The transmitting antenna sends the microwave signals that pass through the materials. The signal is then received by corresponding receiving antenna. The mass fraction of moisture present in the materials can be derived by the accurate analysis of the microwave signals that pass through the materials. The output result is displayed on the LCD in a real time.
