The DMA 1 is a multifunctional DMA that provide measurements in all standard deformation modes such as shear, tension, bending and compression even in liquids or defined relative humidity levels. This is made possible due to its unique rotatable measuring head. It provides TMA measurements for measuring effects due to creep, relaxation times and expansion coefficients.

It has a wide temperature range from ?190 °C to 600 °C. It has a high degree of flexibility that allows application performance at maximum measurement configuration. The DMA 1 has an easy and fast installation process for both conventional DM analysis and experiments utilizing static forces or liquid measurements.
