The DF-6740 infrared moisture analyzer, manufactured by Dandong Dongfang Monitoring Company, is an on-line material moisture measuring device. It is capable of measuring the moisture content of slice, powder and pellet.

The moisture value of every method leads on the production line, which is generally utilized in several fields of metallurgy, mine, tobacco, food, medicines and the chemical industry.

Moisture detection gauges the moisture of the measured components based on the principle of the oxyhydrogen bonds in moisture, which consumes a particular band of infrared ray. The device has a particular light source.

The light came from the source of light, which creates a particular beam through the optical system. Some of the beam is mirrored after shining on the material surface.

The moisture value of the measured material can be acquired via computer information computations, after precisely measuring the mirrored light signals.
