The multiple tower warehouses are a logical evolution from single tower systems and represent the ideal solution for those who need:
to ensure flexible production, with continually changing processes and materials
to optimise space usage with dramatic reductions in footprint
CNC control of all phases of sheet metal working
to save time and reduce risk of damage during transport

You can begin with a basic system (one or two towers) to assess the benefits and expand later as your manufacturing requirements change. The payload and tray sizes of the warehousing towers are the same as given for the single tower systems. Three types of lift/handler can move trays of 3m x 1.5m, 2m x 4m or both. The number of cycles/hour depends on the size of the warehouse, but an average 60 cycles/hour is attainable. All lift/handlers are equipped with weighing load cells. Multiple tower warehouses offer the following optionals:

Shuttles carrying materials into or out of the warehouse at a fixed or variable height can connect to any tower, up to two per tower.
Load / unload systems for laser cutting machines: loading / unloading units are designed to collect a new sheet directly from the tower, thereby saving space and above all allowing very fast switching of the loading tray.
