Control unit for analog sensors

The M-1000 analog controller is a dual sensor controller that serves a variety of purposes in the process control field. Developed to suit the needs of any of Migatron's analog output sensors as well as a temperature probe for temperature compensation, it is easy to operate and versatile.

It comes with Analog Input, dual Sensor Control, temperature compensation, thickness Measuring, sealed Front Panel (NEMA) 4, program Lock Access Code among other features. It accepts a standard 0-20 mA, 4-20 mA, 0-5V, 2-10V, 0-10V analog input. Four solid state relays make the outputs, for use as outside limit monitors. These can be programmed either normally open or normally closed.
The micro-controller is used to digitally scale the inputs with near and far scaling points, after which the information is shown on a 4 1/2 digit digital display. This feature is also implemented in an optional second channel input for enhanced expansion. The controller is capable of supplying up to 24 volts, 110 mA to the sensors. It is also supplied with a RS485 serial communications port.
