V-belt brush / for washing / stripping / for cleaning

This is a V-belt brush manufactured by Kullen which is designed for cleaning, washing and conveying. For this unit, it is made of polyester elastomers which are immune to moisture, oil and grease. With this type of resistance, it is suitable to use in applications which has an operating temperature of -15°C to +80°C. It can be customized depending upon the request of the customer. The brush comes with natural bristles which are made from plant fibers and synthetic materials such as PA and PP. Its brush comes with different variations making it suitable for all type of operations. It is suggested to use this product having a 3% up to 5% distance between pulleys in ensuring its reliability.
