Coil cut-to-length cutting line / high-performance / custom-made

This CTL line was designed and manufactured in order to produce heavy gauge metal sheets and to stack them in bundles ready for the customer. The line was designed for being able to process high-strength materials up to yielding values of 12 mm of thickness.

In fact, this machine is able to process stainless steel hot-rolled coils with a maximum weight of 40 tons each, a maximum coil width of 2,200 mm and a minimum coil width of 2 mm.

Hereby some technical features of the CTL line realized and some photos during complicated steps of machine construction.
