Knife cutting machine / pipe / profile / CNC

The Metzner CCM machines are intelligently designed to meet the material requirements of steel-reinforced sealing profiles and tubes, as well as sponge rubber seals. There is a circular knife that provides the correct conditions for penetration and cutting of rubber and metal. The circular knife ensures extremely good cutting quality through it's unique combination of optimized material in-feed, knife rotation speed and direction, knife penetration rate and lubrication. The controls are freely-programmable which enables the varying demands of different profile contours and compounds to be exactly matched. The controls can be programmed for each job and saved in a single working program which is easily activated by the press of a button. The intuitive logical operator guide is helpful in creating a new processing program in a few minutes. . All Metzner CCM machines can be supplied with a knife speed range from 2.000 ? 6.000 rpm or 4.000 ? 12.000 rpm. And allow for circular knife change without any special tools.
