Natural gas analyzer / portable / hand-held

Because natural gas is naturally odorless, for safety reasons odorous substances need to be added to it. In Germany, the German Technial and Scientific Association for Gas and Water Code of Practice G280/281 rules that natural gases have to be tested at least twice a year. To conform to this rule gas suppliers use the EX-TEC OD4 odorant measuring device. The basic device has an integrated pump with low purging times. The power is supplied by any commercial rechargeable or disposable AA batteres. The unit has electrochemical sensors and microprocessor control. Visual and audible alarms and adjustable alarm thresholds make the unit easy to use.
