Residual gas analyzer / mobile

Mobile cart system offered by Dycor are equipped with Dycor residual gas analyzer(RGA) type.
Sturdy and compact cart may be configured, based on selected inlet manifolds and vacuum pumping systems.
It has an automatic start up of integrated cart systems.

Vacuum is maintained when it is moved across the sample points to facilitate fast start up through vacuum sentry safety valve which is optional.
It has a flexible design and supports standard pumping configurations.
It also accommodates Opto22 Data Acquisition System as an option.
Supports printer & computer.
Has a sturdy aluminium frame construction.
Comes with a locked storage cabinet, which can accommodate tools, user's manual, tools, etc.
Easy access can be facilitated with inlet and RGA manifold at convenient location.
Smart sensors can be removed from the cart for vacuum chamber or process tool attachment without any tools.
