To handling cans and tins, Magnoni launches the gravity ?Automatic Twist?, a solution that introduce a new and effective concept of 180* overturning full cans and tins, able to manage all present sizes in the market.

The state of the art Magnoni patent overturning system let you make automatically the cans and tins format change in a simple and fast way by the means of a PLC and electric actuators, drastically reducing the production stops and its related costs. Furthermore the machine inspection and access have been facilitaded.

On the productivity side the Magnoni solution has also reached excellence levels as the ?Automatic Twist? can reach a production speed of 130.000 cph.

With only one system Magnoni then grant the management of all cans and tins size presently used in the market and also the future ones without forcing a Company to make line modification. The multiformat Twist, avoiding long and expensive production line stops, is then the ideal solution for the canning Company, which have several cans or tins format. A PLC can be supplied to make automatically the formats change.
