The LiquiSonic® Plato is an inline analyzer from Sensotech that measures inline and online the concentration of Brix, Plato, alcohol, extract, dry matter, whey or other liquid concentrations. Its analyzing system comprises of one or more sensors and one controller. It adheres to the various requirements in the food industry including the the 3-A certification. It enables transmitting of the measured values to control systems using field bus, analog outputs and other serial interfaces.

This device is suitable for applications in breweries, dairies, juices, starch, coffee and other industries that deals with beverages and liquid food. it ensures a constant and quick process monitoring in order to enhance the product quality, provide the proper use of resources.
