The PUDA horizontal mixer are highly efficient and provide excellent batch mixing quality. These are mainly used for mixing of building material like plasters, adhesive, cement, refractory material, fillers, insulating material, chemical products, gypsum products, and feeds. These are also suitable for mixing mortar and dry chemicals. These mixers are safe and reliable due to the PLC control system fitted on these mixers with visual operation. These are also automatic with manual options and direct changes for the mixing time. A circuit breaker is fixed on the motor for the safe operation with an emergency stop switch near the mixer.

The observation door is fitted with a hinge with a quick snapped lock on the wall of the mixer. The maintenance and replacing of the spares is done from one side of the mixer inspection door. The blade and the rotor are very easily replaceable.
