Viscous products and liquids can be homogeneously and rapidly mixed without aeration by YTRON-Y Jet Mixing Turbine Axial flow. Unlike the conventional agitators this machine eliminates vortex formation , long process times, local forces of shearing, dead zones, incomplete mixing of the contents of the vessels, floatation of sediments and strong aeration.
This product features side entry and direct contact with the seal. A jet mixing turbine is used with axial pattern of flow. The mixing is homogeneous and no air is entrained. Sedimentation and floating particles n the surface are eradicated. The entire contents of the container are rapidly mixed. Baffles and flow deflectors are not required since they are integrated into the stator. The time of residence in the YTRON-Y mixing head is very short and this causes low shear. The rotor is only in contact with the product that is moving. The entire process time is very rapid and an air cushion prevents product contact.
