The 404XE ECONOMY SERIES of linear positioners utilize a highly efficient ballscrew drive that enables continuous high performance operations while maintaining cost-efficiency. It is designed with a highly robust aluminum body, a steel body, recirculating square bearings, and multi-axis parallel motor mounting. These are capable of travel distances of up to 700mm, with consistent repeatability rates up to ±20 µm and a 100% Duty Cycle.

The 404XE also features linear feedback, locating dowel holes, sensor packs and clean room preparation. Overall, the 404XE is a flexible solution that is specifically optimized for use in applications requiring round the clock processing.
