The PSE 37, manufactured by Halstrup-walcher, is a stainless steel positioning system for hygienic applications. The positioning and auxiliary axes can be activated automatically. The equipment consumes a great deal of time based on the quantities that needs to be produced and the amount of variation in a product. The intelligent positioning system can be a convenient alternative as it is operated without using a hand wheel. The device consist of a DC motor, gear, controller and an absolute measuring system.

The equipment is protected by IP68 stainless steel housing. It is specifically made to resist liquids such as lykes. The PESE 37 can be used in clean rooms because personnel does not need to enter the room for machine positioning adjustment.

The unit is especially used in the food and beverage industry.
