Flexible heating element / polyester

Flat heating elements from Zoppas are made with a polyester backing which provides intense heat even with minimal space, as well as in large areas. It has a working area of up to 4 m^2 per single heater. The elements work within a maximum temperature of 100 °C.

The polyester insulating sheets of the elements measure 0.075 to 0.250 mm in thickness. These sheets offer operation efficiency and heat distribution. They can be coated with PC to extend their resistance to humidity and other factors.

The specific power and distribution for the heating elements are determined to match the requirements. They are applicable for use in various industries, such as aeronautics and telecommunications.
