Monitor AMI pH-Redox; QV-Flow is used for constant measurement of redox (ORP) and pH in the highly pure water, steam and condensate. A stainless steel panel is used to mount the complete system. The device features AMI pH-Redox transmitter in a strong aluminum enclosure IP 66. Its measuring range is 1 to 13 pH and -500 to +1'500mV based on the installed sensor. The reference electrodes are available to combine separate and various sensors. Stainless steel is used in the designing of Flow cell QV-Flow IS1000 with quick release vessel for easy calibration, needle valve, digital sample flow meter and temperature sensor.
It is tested by the factory and ready to install and perform different operations. The special features for high purity water with Nernst plus solution temperature compensation are also available. It has transmitter in aluminum housing (IP 66) with 2 signal outputs for measuring value or for continuous control, 2 relays as limit switch or controller or timer, 1 alarm relay as summary alarm contact and 1 input for potential-free contact. Flow cell QV-Flow pHT1000 made of stainless steel SS316L with built-in temperature sensor, flow adjustment valve and digital sample flow meter for two PG13.5 sensors.
