The Planetary Mixers MIXA from JEREMY is ideal as a mixing tool and can be used for preparing dough and whisking of eggs, margarine, mayonnaise etc. The casing of the kettle and instruments is made of stainless steel and it has fluent rotational speed adjustment. A quick lever lifting and lowering of the kettle helps the mechanism to also work quietly. . The Mixa is a manual system of kettle lifting with variable rotational speed. Its rotational speed has a variable adjustment with a working time lock. The Mixa auto HD is a mechanical system of kettle lifting with variable speed, automatic kettle lowering below mixing instrument on rack. The first two models allow kettle taking off after dismantling. The third model allows automatic fixing and dismantling of kettle.
