BRB produces machines for preparation of Boiler Pipes. Employing pneumatic means for clamping, the process has been made extremely quick and is perfect for non-stop production in boiler and heat exchangers. The clamping system is made variable to help various applications. Retrofitting of old BRB models is made possible and is designed to be held on the new clamping system as well. The design is concise, lightweight and the weld prepared is perfect and reproducible. 4 cutting edges provide ideal cutting. Tools can be clamped in lesser time and hence adjustments are made simple. All BRB machines can take these tools and they can be changed seamlessly without any hassles. A maximum of 3 tools can be used simultaneously. The noise levels of the machine is low. Swarf and other foreign materials are eliminated from entering with the help of brush attachments inside the pope. The Boiler Preparation Machine is extremely low on weight and it makes counterboring and axial turning of industrial pipes simple.
