Multichannel Electron Energy Analyzer

The newest addition to our analyzers employs a position-sensitive detector for fast data collection while maintaining excellent resolution and a fully rotatable analyzer. A bolt-on fixed optics version with transfer lens and long working distance is also available.

Wide gap cylindrical analyzer with excellent fringe field correction
Multichannel plate for simultaneous data collection over 800 channels
100-150x detection efficiency over conventional instruments
Complete spectra acquired in a few seconds to a few minutes
Maintain high instrumental resolution to 1 meV
Combine with the ELS5000 monochromator for high performance HREELS
Analyzer may be retrofitted to the ELS5000 Spectrometer
