Power transducer

This power sensor is designed to measure the power that is soaked by electric motors. It comes in a 200X120X120mm standalone box. It uses 24 Vdc power supply and is capable of measuring absorbed power of electric three or single phase AC motors or DC motors. Voltage is of single type and in the range of 135 A and 1000 V, and a daisy chain can be connected to the VM20 system via a fiber optic up to 8 sensors digital transmission channel.

BY differentiating distinct conditions of the wheel contact, several applications are made possible. These include part positioning, gap elimination, overstock removal and adaptive control, control of completed overstock and wheel crash control. The signal transmission is noise free and can reach long distance hence there are no limits to where the device can be installed.
