The RUGGEDCOM RSG2300P, designed by Siemens, was built to withstand the elements of nature. Its industrial grade qualities make it perfect for operation in electrically harsh and climatically demanding substations.

This design along with the RUGGEDCOM operating software, provides increased reliability and advanced networking features. The RSG2300P comes standard with 2 10/100 Base TX 802.3af (PoE) compliant ethernet ports, with the option to add an additional two PoE ports, and offers modular flexibility of up to six additional Ethernet ports including 10 Base FL/ 100 Base FX/ 1000 Base X/ fiber and 10/100/1000 Base TX copper port combinations.

It can support multiple fiber types and connectors without loss of port density and is an ideal solution to power and connect several Ethernet devices at one time such as phones, video cameras and more.
