Diaphragm pressure switch / adjustable

The sensing element of the simple, reliable and low-cost pressure switch model CD is a spring-loaded diaphragm. It also comes in a stainless steel piston version. Either of the two will double up as a sensing element. For ranges up to 200 PSI, the Buna-N diaphragm is used and for higher ranges a stainless steel piston comes into the picture. The diaphragm/piston actuates a snap action electrical switch that will ensure a positive, instantaneous electrical contact under all sorts of operating conditions. The set point range is 10 to 4500 PSI with a set point tolerance of ±5 PSI. The maximum operating pressure can be 5000 PSI. The current rating of the pressure switch is 5 A @ 250 VAC, 5 A @ 30 VDC.
