EE-series freezers include the following design features:
Pre-aeration - The WCB Ice Cream pre-aerator assures complete emulsification of the mix and overrun air, by mechanically shearing the mix and air prior to entering the freezing cylinder. VFD speed control allows optimization of the pre-aeration process while providing a very consistent product with excellent texture, thus decreasing package weight variations.
Efficient pre-aeration allows the selection an energy efficient dasher speed.
Variable Speed Dasher - A variable frequency controlled inverter (VFD) is utilized to select an energy efficient dasher speed. The VFD also provides an energy efficient ?soft start? for the dasher motor.
High Efficiency Motors - All motors used on the EE series freezers are high efficiency.

The new ?Wave Beater Bar? provides better shear while reducing maintenance cost with fewer parts and allowing easier assembly.

Motorized Back-Pressure Regulating Valve (BPR) - EE freezers utilize a motorized BPR, rather than the standard gas operated BPR, thus eliminating the 3 to 5 psi pressure loss across the valve.
