The edinn® M2 system is a decisive tool in quality assurance because it combines 2 tools: autocontrol, which establishes a work flow of approving tasks that lead to high quality; and SPC which allows to know evolution and capacity as well as a control of specific quality variables within the process.

Main functions of edinn® M2´s quality assurance:

Visually notifies the operator when he needs to carry out quality autocontrol tasks or when he should take measurements of quality parameters.
Visually shows the evolution of quality parameters, in order to control and rectify before causing quality problems.
Shows the main SPC ratios: CPK, Kurtosis, Skewness, Coeff. of Variance, etc.
Can be combined with workflow, incidence management and task approval with quality verification.
Automatically captures production context data (pressure, temperature, etc.) or quality parameters.
Anticipates and automatically notifies of no-quality situations: ascending or descending points, over the average, etc.
Allows informing the operator on process quality and actions to take to correct the process and avoid no-quality situations.
