Radio communication repeater

The RC Systems ST-97 is supplied in two versions. The ST-97M Modem accepts RS-485 data and converts it to wireless data (900MHz or 2.4 GHz FHSS Client/Server). The ST-97R Repeater accepts wireless data into one radio and mimics it back out another radio on a different wireless network. ST-97M Modems are very useful for adapting 3rd party Modbus compatible RS-485 ports to RC Systems controllers with wireless. For example, a user's Modbus master DCS may communicate wirelessly with RC Systems controllers by connecting the DCS's RS-485 port to an ST-97M Modem. ST-97R repeaters are useful for extending the range of wireless communications longer distances by placing it in between the other devices. ST-97R's may also be used to convert 900MHz to 2.4GHz or 2.4GHz to 900MHz.
