1. PUNZOBLOCKCUT FOR ROLLER SHUTTERS

To meet the increasing market demand in terms of production plant flexibility and optimization of the profile changeover times we have renewed our historical punching, interlocking and cutting units, we had patented in the past and since then sold with success to the major European producers of PVC roller shutters.

Both single and dual strand versions can easily be integrated into existing extrusion lines and completed also at a later stage with our assembly units, to obtain a complete automatic Combiroll- type roller shutter machine.

2. PUNZOCUT FOR THE AUTOMOTIVE INDUSTRY

This compact machine has been specifically designed to punch and cut co-extruded technical profiles for the automotive industry at a high extrusion speed.

In order to guarantee the process reliability the machine is equipped with an external photocell support frame and a special servo-aided haul-off, to feed the profile intermittently without damaging the profile surface, but at the same time with high process precision thanks to the brushless motor.
