The heavy-duty 320-000 DIN rail machine for cutting and punching is for use in a panel shop. It includes a 1-meter rail with an adjustable end stop. It can cut 4 profiles of DIN rail. Any wastage is eliminated by a simple shearing action. The cut is so clean that no finishing is required to the cut end. The rail is held securely by an extension guide and ensures a cut at 90 degrees. The machine also punches an elongated hole 6.4 x 12mm at each end of the rail. While one hole is in line with the rail, the other is at right angles to it.
