Fixed automatic pallet stacker

Stacker / Destacker for Euro pallets 1200*800 capacity 15 pallets and storage on conveyor for 2 stacks of empty pallets.

The destacker/stacker is used to destack and/or stack empty pallets on production lines.

There are several models according to the kind of pallets, the cadence and the tolerance of stacking up.

Stacking mode :
The machine stacks empty pallets coming from depallestisation line. Thanks to its 4 mechanical welded fingers, the stack is lifted up to allow the coming of a new pallet.

Destacking mode :
The machine stocks and shares out empty pallets one by one on a production line. 4 mechanical welded fingers lift up the stack and the lower pallet is distributed by a motorised roller conveyor or a chain conveyor on the conveying line.

* Capacity : 15 pallets (which 10 guided)
* Kind of pallet : Single format pallet : 800 mm x 1200 mm - Two format pallet : 800 mm x 1200 mm and 1000 mm x 1200 mm - Multiformat pallet : Stacking/destacking by uniform stack of pallets
* Conveying height : From 450 mm to 800 mm ± 60 mm
* Energy : Pneumatic, hydraulic or electric
* Exit of pallet : Right, left or back

Pallet destacker/stacker designed to be integrated in Marceau's standard conveyors.
