IT-15T is a handheld DVB-T Signal Analyzer with an extensive feature set and many user-friendly functions. This meter is designed for testing and adjustment of television and broadcasting distribution networks as well as of separate components of such networks or other electronic devices.

The ItToolsTerrestrial software for PC allows the user to operate in virtual instrument mode. Users can measure and display certain channel parameters such as a bar graph, spectrum analyzer, DVB-T signal reception quality parameters and constellation diagram. Users can view, create, edit and upload the TV system tables, channel plans and measurement logger pages into the analyzer. The software also allows for IT-15T firmware updates.
