The N 72 plate gear features a very robust metal housing with IP65 protection rating. This model is highly flexible and can easily be adjusted to suit the needs of any application. It features low gear backlash (high setting precision on the output shaft), permanent grease lubrication (long operating life and maintenance free operation) and hardened metal gears. This spur gear features a plain-bearing mounted case hardened shaft (with optional ball bearing mounting) and is available with a wide selection of transmission ratios and both AC and DC motors.
This model is often used in applications involving the installation of various motors from various manufacturers and of different design.
